Returns and Refunds

Custom Artworks

All custom artworks are made to order and are non-refundable. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

If your artwork arrives damaged due to courier handling or there is a clear production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to repair, replace, or offer a partial refund.

Original or Framed Artworks

Because each painting or drawing is unique, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please inspect your artwork carefully upon arrival and report any shipping damage immediately.

Shipping
  • We take great care in packaging and shipping all artwork.

  • Ayanda Tloti is not responsible for damage once an item is handed to the courier.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier service.

  • Return shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.
